Seeing an unmet need for variety and quality in felt, we established a dedicated production team and brought our apparel manufacturing expertise into technical nonwovens.
ABOUT US
It begins with understanding the material.
We have been manufacturing technical felt in Güngören, Istanbul since 2010. Across seven product groups, we offer solutions with customizable color, density, and firmness tailored to the application.
Before offering a product, we prioritize understanding the requirement.
We started manufacturing felt after recognizing an unmet industry need for variety and consistent quality. At our facility in Güngören, Istanbul, we meet the demands of diverse applications—from apparel textiles to industrial filtration—with the same manufacturing discipline.
Every material has its specific place of use, and every application has its own distinct requirements. The hand feel desired in apparel is not the same as the firmness required in a technical underlay. That is why we do not reduce material selection to a product name alone; we proceed by listening to the operating conditions and evaluating physical samples together.

2012 — Upgraded production line
We modernized our production line to current technological standards and expanded capacity, enabling manufacturing across a wider range of basis weights and densities.
Today — Seven product groups
We manufacture across textile, industrial, bag and footwear, hygiene, construction, colored felt, and filtration groups, handling custom sizing and cutting requests on the same production line.

Custom color, density, and firmness
You do not have to pick felt solely from an off-the-shelf list. Describe your color, density, and firmness requirements, and we will plan production accordingly.
Laser cutting line
We perform custom shape, letter, and die/laser cutting in wholesale quantities on our in-house line. Simply share your pattern or technical drawing.
Technical guidance and training
We provide technical guidance and training support on the use and manufacturing of felt upon request. Proper material selection begins with accurate information.
Multilingual communication
We correspond in Turkish, English, Spanish, Russian, and Arabic. You can submit international inquiries in your preferred language.
